FAQs

Do you accept commissions?

Yes, depending on the subject. If you’re wishing for something similar to my previous works, such as a particular artwork from the gallery, that can easily be arranged. I’m also happy to do any artwork you wish in my style. If you’re interested in ordering a commissioned piece, please contact me and we’ll discuss it.

Where are you located?

Kingdom of Bahrain

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

When will I receive my order?

If ordering from Bahrain, usually within 2 days. If ordering from abroad, anywhere between 3 to 10 days, depending on where you’re located.

I ship orders as soon as possible. My usual shipping day is Tuesday. If you’re worried about your order arriving on time, contact me and we’ll work something out!

I always ship with tracking.

Can I return a painting if I change my mind?

Yes, if you contact me about it within 30 days of receiving your item. You are responsible for the shipping charges when returning an item. When the item is back with me, and in its original condition, I will give you a full refund, minus shipping costs. If the item was returned due to some fault on my part, I will take care of the return shipping cost.

Contact me via email if you’d like to do a return, and I’ll send you instructions.

What happens if my order is lost?

Accidents happen sometimes. Note that if you provided me with an incorrect address and your order gets returned to the sender, I will have to charge you again for shipping it to the correct address.

What happens if my item/s are damaged during shipping?

I always package items as securely as I can, with waterproof sleeving around the artwork and sturdy packaging materials so that the parcel can’t easily be bent or damaged. If it turns out your package was damaged due to any fault on my part, I will of course replace or refund you for the item. Take photos of the package and send them to me and we’ll sort it out.

If the package was handled carelessly by the postal services, we might be eligible for compensation. If you suspect that’s the case, please keep the parcel as evidence, take photographs of the damage and forward them to me.
